Taster’s Review:
OK, so this isn’t tea. You’ve probably already guessed that. But, since it is produced by the same company that creates yummy chai and iced tea concentrates, I felt it was alright to review this product too.
I really don’t drink a lot of lemonade – not just because I’m a fan of tea, but also because I really don’t care for most of the lemonade mixes out there and I don’t like squeezing lemons myself to make my own lemonade. But that doesn’t mean I don’t like lemonade. I guess I was just spoiled by my gramma who had a very prolific lemon tree in her back yard and would make fresh lemonade. That amazing lemonade turned me into something of a lemonade snob.
But this stuff is different! This is yummy!
The addition of ginger is brilliant as it gives a very pleasing contrast of flavors. This isn’t your ordinary tart-yet-sweet lemonade. The light peppery taste of the ginger gives this a very refreshing twist. It doesn’t taste or feel as cloying as a typical “soft drink” lemonade might. The ginger cuts through some of the sweetness, although it isn’t an overwhelming presence. It’s a very light touch of ginger.
This lemonade is so very refreshing and delicious. The mixing is simple, 1 part lemonade concentrate to 3 parts fresh water. Much easier than squeezing your own lemons! And for those who are crazy about tea (like me) try adding this to your tea to make an Arnold Palmer (half tea/half lemonade). YUM!

This will be a somewhat bitter-sweet review, because even though I really love this product, I am a little sad that this is the last bottle that I have of it!
These Third Street Chai concentrates make for one unbelievably delicious chai latte. The flavor is smooth yet invigorating. It’s a rich, creamy treat!
This chai is similar in some respects to the other chai concentrates that I’ve tried from Third Street Chai, but it is also different. The honey tone here really stands out, giving this a deliciously sweet taste. Sweet, but not cloying.
The vanilla is not as strong as I would have expected, although I am finding that the vanilla notes develop as I continue to sip on my latte. I suspect that the milk that I used here may have interfered a bit with the vanilla as I used whole milk. Perhaps with this particular variety, one might want to use a 2% milk.
The black tea base is a good, solid tasting black tea. Not necessarily remarkable in its own right, it seems content to allow the other flavors to shine through to create a very well-rounded flavor. The spices here are very even, they don’t taste overly “ginger-y” or “cinnamon-y” – rather, they taste warm and mellow. Not too spicy or hot. Just amazingly comforting, with no one note trying to overpower the others.
For a tastier-than-coffee-shop chai latte at a better-than-coffee-shop price, you really can’t go wrong with these concentrates from Third Street Chai! They’re excellent! And for those of you who think it’s a little too hot for a hot chai latte, try using a combination of milk and ice cubes for the milk ratio and blend it until the ice cubes are pulverized. A delicious iced chai latte! YUM!

Taster’s Review:
I gotta tell you, I’m loving this stuff!
Yeah, yeah, I know that the purists are going to hate on me for it, but with this iced tea concentrate on hand, it is so easy to whip up a pitcher-full of tea at a moments notice. And given the weather we’ve been experiencing here in the Pacific Northwest lately – yesterday, it was the hottest day we’ve had all year, and today we had a hail storm! – it’s great to have something quick and easy for cool, thirst-quenching refreshment when that hot weather strikes!
This is a sweetened concentrate, and if I had any criticism of it at all, it would be that I’d rather it wasn’t pre-sweetened. I like to choose to sweeten or not sweeten my tea and not have that choice already made for me. That being said, while this is a little sweeter than I would have made for myself, I am not finding it too sweet, and the sweetener does not overpower the flavor of the green tea and pomegranate.
The pomegranate is nicely tart and I think that this helps to cut through some of the sweetener of this tea. The green tea is a delicate flavor, but, the light taste of it is quite delicious. Overall, this makes for a refreshing iced tea that isn’t too heavy. It is soothing and relaxing to sip, while at the same time, it invigorates.
This is something that I would buy for myself again. Not only is it simple and convenient, it is very tasty and something that my guests enjoy as much as I do. Third Street Chai rocks it out of the park with this tasty number!

Now you can enjoy a glass or pitcher of real, artisan brewed tea in just seconds!
Peach Black Tea: A refreshing black tea with a full-bodied and rounded note of peach flavor.
The co-branded tea concentrates are made from real brewed tea leaves, are USDA Organic certified, and contain no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. Each 1 quart bottle makes 2 gallons of brewed tea (in less than 1 minute!)
Taster’s Review:
Making a pitcher of iced tea has never been simpler! Simply measure out 1 part tea concentrate to 7 parts fresh, cold water (I recommend filtering your water for best results), stir, and enjoy! And since this is a sweetened concentrate, it doesn’t even need sweetener. Great if you want to enjoy a refreshing glass of iced tea but just don’t have the time to brew it, and tastes much better than that instant powder from the grocery store.
The black tea base is brisk but not what I would consider strong or bold. A mild tea with a lot of flavor. The real star of this iced tea concentrate is the peach flavor! It is so deliciously juicy! It tastes like a freshly picked peach.
This pre-sweetened concentrate makes an iced tea that is a little sweeter than if I would have brewed it myself, but even as it is, it isn’t as sweet as many of those ready-to-drink iced teas in a can or bottle that taste more like liquid sugar than tea. I can taste the tea with this product!
It is a very pleasant, refreshing beverage that was just perfect for this evening – I came home with a take-out dinner and didn’t have any tea made. I just opened the bottle, measured the concentrate and water, and presto! I have delicious iced tea to enjoy with my dinner!

Taster’s Review:
Having already tried the Spicy Ginger Chai Concentrate from Third Street Chai, I felt confident that I’d also like this “Authentic Chai” Concentrate from the same company.
And I do. This is actually quite similar to the Spicy Ginger Chai except, obviously, it isn’t as spicy. While this chai still has some detectable ginger flavor, it isn’t nearly as spicy. This is the chai for those who like their chai lattes to be a little more gently spiced.
But make no mistake, the spices are still here. This is much more like a coffee house chai – smooth and rich in flavor, but even-tempered enough to enchant even those who are otherwise put-off by the spicier things in life. Personally, I like the heat of the ginger in the Spicy Ginger Chai. That being said, I think that this slightly milder version is a better accompaniment with meals and especially with that morning scone!
YUM!
I really love these chai concentrates from Third Street Chai. It lets me enjoy a delicious chai latte any time of the day with very little mess or fuss. And the price of one 32-ounce concentrate bottle is about the same price as one chai latte from the local coffee house! This chai from Third Street Chai is the best of both worlds: convenience and value!
