I’m really liking this blend!
After reading through the ingredients, I was a little worried about the combination of hibiscus and Oolong tea, I worried that the somewhat thick, syrupy nature of the hibiscus might interfere with the lovely texture of the Oolong, but, that didn’t happen here. The hibiscus seems to do very little in this blend – thankfully – except for adding some color and perhaps a little tartness.
But the tartness in this case is quite welcome, because it compliments the tangy citrus flavors so well. Even though there are several different components to this tea that contribute a citrus flavor, the dominant flavor is that of pink grapefruit. It is tart yet sweet and quite juicy tasting.
At first, I didn’t taste much of the eucalyptus in this, but as I continue to sip, I notice it slightly more. It is still rather subtle. It does add some definition to the grapefruit flavor, but, this definitely doesn’t taste like eucalyptus. It tastes like grapefruit!
The Oolong flavor, by comparison, is a little muted. Ordinarily, I might find fault with that, however, this is so remarkably tasty that its difficult to complain about the lack of Oolong taste. This is definitely more of a tea for grapefruit lovers than it is for Oolong lovers, although Oolong lovers might find this a welcome departure from the usual.
Overall, I really enjoyed this cup. Such a pleasant flavor that I find to be quite invigorating. It has a very pleasing natural sweetness to it, so little to no additional sweetener is required, which is perfect for those of us who are trying to cut back on the sugar intake! A great tea for an afternoon out with girlfriends!

I don’t think I’ve ever encountered a blend quite like this one. Oolong and Green Yerba Maté? I certainly had my doubts going in to this but, I am glad I finally decided to try it, because it is really quite tasty!
The combination of Oolong and Yerba Maté make for a truly interesting blend. The Oolong has a rich, roasted and somewhat buttery quality to it, and the Yerba Maté seems to pick up where the Oolong leaves off to create a very full-flavored experience – one that neither Oolong nor Yerba Maté could accomplish on their own.
The flavors are a bit lighter than I was anticipating, although the flavors do intensify as I make my way toward the bottom of the cup. I like the way the sweet, ripe strawberry flavor sort of pops in and out of the sip, while the vanilla adds a creaminess that completes the flavor. This is a pleasantly smooth and sweet cup – but not too sweet.
This is a very well-rounded cup that I really enjoyed! Bravo to Teaquilibrium for a tea well done!

I am really enjoying this blend. I tasted it before I read the ingredient list, and I was happy to see that I could discern them without having read the list.
The Oolong tastes nutty and buttery and has a nice mouthfeel – rich and supple. The green tea accentuates the buttery taste and lends a certain fresh taste to the cup, as does the green rooibos. The combination of the Oolong, green tea and green rooibos creates a very full flavor for the palate without being overwhelming or too heavy.
I love the light yet satisfying flavor of this cup. There is a light lemony note that is accentuated with hints of bergamot, and a very light jasmine note that lingers in the background. Very refreshing!

Little Black Dress – Slimming Citrus is an Oolong-Green Tea-Green Rooibos Blend…and I was VERY excited to try it! It sounded very unique and creative!
It brewed VERY Dark and smelled mostly floral and with a hint of lemon. I could taste the green tea a bit more than the oolong and green rooibos. The Jasmine stood out as the floral taste more as it cools. This had a slight vegetal/earthy taste towards the end of the sip.
I liked the idea of this one and the taste is…well…pretty TASTY!
