Wedding Tea from Tay Tea is a Black Tea and White Tea Blended Base offering! I’m happy to see Black Tea and White Tea blended together but it can be tricky at times. Most of the time the Black Tea overpowers the White Tea but Tay Tea has done this quite successfully! On top of that Wedding Tea from Tay Tea adds pink rose buds and petals, cornflowers, vanilla and lemon verbena into this loose leaf mix. VERY Impressive!
The Black Tea stands up to the podium but doesn’t walk all over the other ingredients which I appreciate. The White Tea peaks out from under the vale and shows its sweet smile and contributes to the overall warm and fuzziness. The vanilla also contributes to the sweet but makes it creamy, too! The various petals and buds make it the perfect level of floral…like a beautiful wedding boutique. Then there is the lemon verbena that not only puts on a smile on my face and adds sunshine to my day but that boost of positive stays with me long after my cup has been emptied.
I LOVE everything about Wedding Day from Tay Teas! It’s delicious! It awakens all the senses! It contributes to a lovely day or perhaps can even start your day on a more positive note! It tends to bring sunshine to mine – I know that! Try it and see if it brightens your day as well!

Raspberries & Champagne? Yes, please! How about Raspberries & Champagne Tea from Nelson’s Tea? Again…YES…PLEASE!
Even tho Raspberries & Champagne Tea from Nelson’s Tea only contains White Tea, Safflower, and flavoring they must be top notch ingredients because the delicate white tea is sweet, floral, and totally what I look for in a white tea and the Raspberries & Champagne Flavors are just that…Raspberries & Champagne. Plump, juicy-sweet raspberry and that tinge of zing you would look for in a Champagne.

Pomegranate Passion White Tea from Simpson and Vail
Whenever I try out a Simpson & Vail blend, I know that I’m in for a treat. With the last days of summer upon us, I wanted to try Pomegranate Passion White Tea as an iced tea.
Scooped a few heap fulls into my pitcher, poured in fresh cold water, and a cup full of ice. Placed the pitcher into the fridge and allowed the tea to cold brew overnight. It was fun to see all of the gorgeous colors swirling around in the pitcher while it steeped. The pops of yellow and purple made this tea just holler “Summertime!”
The next morning I poured this cold brew tea into a tumbler with fresh ice. First sip in and this is the way this tea is supposed to be brewed!
Fresh vibrant complimentary flavors of white floral tea notes, hibiscus, and pomegranate said hello as I tried the tea. Each sip finished off with a sweet almost tropical feel that I’m assuming is coming from the passion fruit. Lovely, elegant, and the perfect tea to enjoy poolside or at the park.
Overall, I don’t think this is heavy on the tropical flavors like the description says but there are definitely notes and tones throughout each sip that make you like tropical and sunshine. To me this tea is blended perfectly and with just the right amount of tartness to keep the sweetness in check. White floral sweet notes and the passion fruit just kick this tea to the next level.
One of those teas that you are sad when your tea spoon hits the bottom of the pouch. Truly a tea that I could have pounds of and I still wouldn’t be sick of it.

Giant White Moonlight 2015 Spring Jing Gu Tea from Bitterleaf
After sampling at least 5 of Bitterleaf’s teas I guess it’s about time I declared myself one of their fans! Giant White Moonlight 2015 Spring Jing Gu Tea from Bitterleaf is considered an “anytime tea” and I agree for the most part. Personally, I look for a ‘smack you in the face’ sort of strong tea first thing in the morning but any other time this one will certainly do well!
Giant White Moonlight 2015 Spring Jing Gu Tea from Bitterleaf has tri-colored long leaves. The aroma while dry is incredibly crisp . Once infused there is a hint of sweetness to the nose.
As for the taste on the tongue – Giant White Moonlight 2015 Spring Jing Gu Tea from Bitterleaf – is pretty incredible! It’s delicate yet delightful! It has a sweeter-floral flavor but it’s hydrating and almost naturally fruity in a mysterious way!
As a white tea I really love this. It’s a Yunnan White, too, so I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that I like this as much as I do. Giant White Moonlight 2015 Spring Jing Gu Tea from Bitterleaf is awesome!
Here’s the scoop!
Leaf Type: White Tea
Where to Buy: Bitterleaf
Description:
A great “anytime” tea, this exclusive to Yunnan white tea is both light and delicate, but with a wild spirit. An early vegetal taste develops into a subtle sweetness with subsequent brewings. Drink it now, or store it for the future, as this is a white tea that is particularly suitable for aging.

Something Blue from Pin Tea Shop
First of all, can I just say how much I adore the name of this tea company! PinTea Shop. Love the pinup look the labels have. I’ve always loved that vintage era of pin up girls and this company’s labels are just simply gorgeous!
This lovely blend is a brilliant mix of blueberries, green tea, and white tea. When you look at the dry leaf, you can see where the “Something Blue” concept comes to play-lovely white and green leaves with pops of blue.
Brewed up with a delicate hand so I wouldn’t oversteep, I allowed this tea to steep for about 3 minutes and to cool for another moment or two. Took my first sip and was ready to be greeted with fruity pops of blueberry. Which wasn’t what happened. Instead I was greeted with a sultry romantic profile that was full of gorgeous white floral notes, slightly hay like flavors, with a background of berry that is light and done with a delicate touch.
With this tea being Something Blue, I assumed the blueberry would just dominate the rest of the flavors and that did not happen at all. I’m crazy impressed with how very gentle this tea is with the flavorings. The tea bases really shine and there is a mystery with every sip because each sip is different in its very own way. This is one of those tea blends that really captures your attention and demands more time with you. Highly memorable, enjoyable, and one that I’ll reach for whenever I’m in the mood for a lightly flavored tea.
