My real first name is Jennifer. My husband HATES the song Jennifer Juniper. But it was the first thing that came to mind while sipping on this tea…Jumpin’ Juniper White Tea from Pekoe Sip House. The song association made me chuckle. But the tasty tea made me SMILE!
Jumpin’ Juniper White Tea from Pekoe Sip House has a white tea for the base but also features juniper berries and raisins! I could smell the lovely berries upon opening the package. What a delight! This was also a NICE smelling white tea! It was slightly vegetal on the tongue, too! The herb and berry combination was truly unique. I can’t say as I have tried a tea quite like this before. Jumpin’ Juniper White Tea from Pekoe Sip House was even a little creamy, too! It has a very well rounded flavor!

Plum & Pear Green Tea from Pekoe Sip House
Plum & Pear Green Tea from Pekoe Sip House there are so many things that interest me about this tea. I am learning as I sip, actually! First I have always wondered what plum and pear combos would taste like with different tea bases. I think we have only ever reviewed one other Plum & Pear Tea at it was back in 2012 from New Mexico Tea Company and LiberTeas was the reviewer here at Sororitea Sisters. But let’s talk about this Plum & Pear Green Tea from Pekoe Sip House this time around!
Plum & Pear Green Tea from Pekoe Sip House has similar ingredients with the exception of them NOT mentioning that their Plum & Pear Green Tea from Pekoe Sip House contains PAN FRIED green tea. I will say that Plum & Pear Green Tea from Pekoe Sip House TASTES wonderful! I agree that THIS tea is gently flavored. The pear and plum flavors are in no way over the top! They are more of an assist. The Green Tea flavor is upfront and the plum, pear, and floral flavors are more subtle.
As the tea cools at room temperature I can taste the plum and pear come out to play more. This leads me to believe that they will stand out even more if and when iced. Yup! I am really liking this one! I’m also interested in any other companies that have a Pear and Plum combo out there that is heavily flavored. Not that I don’t like this one or appreciate it because I DO I am just curious if anything! Plum & Pear Green Tea from Pekoe Sip House is a VERY NICELY DONE flavored green! Two thumbs up!

Sessa Estate Black Tea from Pekoe Sip House
I recently started my day with a cup of Sessa Estate Black Tea from Pekeo Sip House. Sessa Estate Black Tea from Pekeo Sip House is a single estate Assam made from whole golden leaves.
It ‘brews’ to a deep, dark brown – which I adore! The tea – once in the cup – smells malty and slightly sweet. On the tongue Sessa Estate Black Tea from Pekeo Sip House tastes malty, astringent-in-good-way, and quite strong. There are dark chocolatey notes in the middle of the sip that I picked up on. But they just played peek-a-boo and then the flavor changed up to move on to the end-sip which was much like the beginning of my tea sipping experience. I guess the flavor came full-circle or maybe just walked around in a circle…either way…Sessa Estate Black Tea from Pekeo Sip House was a hefty cuppa that I enjoyed early in the morning to help wake me up!
