Product Description:

A sophisticated and inspiring single estate tea from one of the first organic and Fair Trade Certified™ tea gardens in India. The surrounding rainforest is home to a tiger reserve and many other endangered animals including the lion-tailed macaque, a primate endemic to this specific region

Tasters Review:

I love drinking estate teas – learning about each estate and their region!  Google and Wiki are my friends!  So is this Green Tea!  It’s a really good bagged tea!

I also LOVE that there is a Tiger Reserve nearby!  As you can see from the description the reserve is also home to many other endangered animals.  Programs and Places like that are important to me.

As for this specific tea…I found it to be…vegetal and subtly sweet with a somewhat grassy aftertaste.

I had this both hot and cold.  I think it’s a bit more grassier when cold.  I did enjoy both tho!

Product Description:

Awaken your senses with this rare tea, rich in flavor and history, from ancient tea trees growing deep in the forests of Southeast Asia. Generations of local people have climbed these wild tea trees to pluck their leaves. Now you can enjoy this refreshing cup that’s smooth, yet hearty. Drink in its enduring energy.

An energizing rare wild tea with a smooth, yet hearty flavor. Leaves are plucked from ancient tea trees (500 years old or more) growing deep in the forests of Southeast Asia. Only recently have these teas been made available to the rest of the world due to recent efforts by NGOs (non-governmental organizations) to develop a positive alternative economy for the region as a solution to the illegal drug market.

Tasters Review:

I think this is a great way to start your day if you are short on time or on-the-go!  This is a bold and burly black tea in a bag!  It’s pretty strong, fairly malty, rich and robust!  It has hints of that bakey or crusty type tea that I so much love, too!

Wild Forest Black Tea is a winner in my book!  And I really like that Choice Organic Teas support the Jane Goodall Institute!

Decaffeinated English Breakfast Tea from Choice Organic Teas

Tea Type: Black Tea (Decaf)

Where To Buy: Choice Organic Teas

Product Description:

A traditional British blend of Indian teas decaffeinated using carbon dioxide, the only certified organic method. The taste of this tea is hearty and satisfying, yet bold and brisk.

Tasters Review:

If you are looking for a nice English Breakfast that is Decaf and in a tea bag – Choice Organic Teas is a Must Try!

This is a decent bagged decaf English Breakfast!  It’s organic, fair trade, Non-GMO Verified, a Wind Power Company (http://choiceorganicteas.com/certifications.htm#wind), and Kosher!  And I think that is WONDERFUL!

It’s not overly strong in taste – I would say a more mild English Breakfast but that taste is good and doesn’t leave an aftertaste.

I, personally, prefer this one ICED but it’s very satisfying both hot and cold!
