The flavor is fresh and vibrant. The citrus is the most prominent taste of the cup, and it is sweet and refreshing. The lemongrass and lemon myrtle in the blend gives it just a light lemon-y note, bringing a certain tartness to the tongue in the finish.
Recently I have been fortunate enough to try a few of teas from Life In Teacup and they are lovely! Taiwan Cui Yu Green Jade High Mountain Oolong From Life In Teacup surely follows suit!
I guess that is always what I’m looking for – an outstanding Darjeeling tea … this Darjeeling is outstanding!
I can taste the ice wine comparison. There is a pear taste as well and a caramel finish on it. It’s VERY sweet just like the ice wine! I am looking forward to trying this iced but I will say it is wonderful hot!
The coconut and vanilla combination is sweet and tasty. I would say that it is a bit like drinking a slice of coconut cream pie, but, since I’m currently enjoying this tea hot, I am going to say instead that it’s a bit like eating a warm bowl of coconut pudding. It tastes so smooth, creamy, and decadent, it is truly dessert in a teacup.
